REGULATORY COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Shano Cica-Mraz moved to Arizona in 2015 after living in Ohio and Minnesota, and joined Spectrum Aerospace in 2017 as its Regulatory Compliance Administrator.  Shano attended Macalester College and the University of Minnesota, where she received her B.A. in Anthropology/History.  She has a professional background in both the public and private sectors in real estate and land use, administrative management, and legal research and writing.  Shano’s first project at Spectrum focused on revising the FAA-required 145 Repair Station manuals and reorganizing Spectrum’s record retention systems.  Her role at Spectrum has expanded to include assisting both Lars Dirks and Greg Pierce with the sales, marketing, administration and the repair station elements of the business. 

Shano is a devoted animal lover and enjoys laughing, food, the visual arts, and music of various genres.  As a former distance runner, Shano still loves hiking, jogging and exploring the unique beauty, sunshine, and warmth of the Arizona landscape and culture with her dog and friends.
