Once again, aviation industry insiders from all corners of the globe recently arrived in sunny Phoenix, Arizona for a weekend of fun at the annual Turbo Resources Classic Golf Tournament. Attendees really enjoyed themselves golfing, additional local aviation partners sponsored and held ancillary social events and others donated unique auction items for purchase during a spirited bidding battle.

Spectrum Aerospace sponsored 3 teams at the tournament, as well as donated its often sought-after, always ultra-hip Smoked Old Fashioned Ice Press and its essential accessories for the charitable auction held after the tournament. The Ice Press brought in the top bid of the day, ultimately scooped up with a generous donation by Greg Krill at Salt River Aviation.

As always, the Turbo Resources Golf Tournament was a fantastic weekend of socializing and generating donations to well-deserving charitable organizations in Arizona.

This year Turbo Gives made its charitable donations from the Golf Tournament to two organizations: Phoenix Children’s Hospital was gifted $18,656, which was tripled by the Arizona Cardinals and the Arizona Coyotes Foundation for a grand total of $55,968!  And $18,656 was donated to the Pat Tillman Foundation, which was then matched by TEKSystems for a total donation of $37,312!
