REPAIRS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Emaily Burt joined Spectrum Aerospace about 4 years ago as an assistant to purchasing and sales. A couple of years ago she then transitioned to Repairs Production Administrator and recently has been promoted to her current position as the Repairs and Customer Service Coordinator. Emaily is responsible for working directly with our customers in the review of repair quotes and is also the primary liaison for our MRO customers with Spectrum’s parts procurement specialists, shop management and shipping and receiving departments.
The addition of Emaily in this position provides added efficiencies in Spectrum’s repair and overhaul of aircraft components by ensuring consistent customer communication and internal coordination at every stage of the repair process.
Emaily is also a licensed massage therapist and aesthetician and has completed Lean Six Sigma certification. When she is not working, Emaily enjoys the simple things in life like working out, being outdoors and hanging out with her beautiful dogs Joey and Maya.
